Abri is seeking a Healthy Homes Disrepair Senior Planner to lead a responsive, customer-focused disrepair service that puts residents at the heart of everything we do. You’ll coordinate complex cases from inspection through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly and with a strong emphasis on customer experience.
You’ll lead Disrepair Schedulers, plan and coordinate works with colleagues and contractors, monitor performance, manage risks, maintain records and support.
