About the Role

As the Repairs and Voids Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a responsive, customer-focused repairsand voids service that meets the needs of our tenants and supports the Council’s wider objectives. You will lead the development and continuous improvement of the service, ensuring it is safe, efficient, and aligned with performance targets.

This is a senior leadership role where you will play a key part in shaping a sustainable service model that not only meets internal demand but also positions us to win external contracts and generate income for the Council.
