What you'll be doing
No two days are the same in this busy and rewarding role.
You'll be at the heart of our planned delivery service, helping to coordinate work that improves customers' homes and experiences.
You'll
- Keep our operatives in the right place at the right time by planning and managing diaries across our geographical areas.
- Adapt quickly when priorities change, ensuring schedules stay on track and customers remain informed.
- Coordinate surveys and planned works from start to finish, helping projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Be a friendly and reassuring point of contact for customers, providing updates and support throughout their journey.
- Work closely with managers, supervisors, operatives and contractors to overcome challenges and keep work moving.
- Ensure everything behind the scenes is organised, from materials and orders to maintaining accurate records and systems.
