We’re looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative with strong plumbing experience to join our team.

About the role
You’ll work across
Alton and the surrounding areas , carrying out a range of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work to prepare homes for new customers.
Working closely with colleagues, contractors and housing teams, you’ll help ensure properties are ready to let quickly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
While this is a multi-trade role, we’re particularly keen to hear from operatives with strong plumbing skills, including repairs, installations and bathroom refurbishments.

- What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out plumbing repairs, replacements and installations.
- Completing a range of general property repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Preparing homes so they’re safe, welcoming and ready for new customers.
- Working with colleagues and contractors to keep empty homes moving through the turnaround process.
