Lead the response to Gypsy and Traveller accommodation needs assessment. Project manage the development of the Gypsy and Traveller accommodation provision within Powys. Oversee the full development lifecycle—from concept to completion—including site appraisal, financial viability assessment, site design, planning, funding, tendering and contract management. Liaise with Welsh Government for financial support and design approvals, ensuring alignment with policy and delivery standards.
