Behind every safe home is a team of people making it happen.

At Abri, we’re committed to creating safe, sustainable communities where our customers can thrive.

A big part of that commitment is ensuring our homes remain safe through effective fire safety management and compliance.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Customer Safety Administrator to join our Fire Safety team and play a vital role in supporting the programmes and activities that help keep our customers, colleagues and contractors safe.

This isn’t just an administration role. It’s an opportunity to make a real difference.

You’ll help coordinate fire safety inspections, servicing programmes and remedial works, ensuring appointments are arranged, customer communications are timely, and records are maintained accurately.

Working closely with contractors, customers and colleagues across the business, you’ll help ensure our fire safety activities run smoothly and efficiently.

No two days are the same.

One moment you could be supporting a customer ahead of a fire safety visit, the next you’ll be coordinating works with contractors, updating compliance records, or producing reports that help us monitor performance and meet our regulatory responsibilities.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right.

You’ll be naturally proactive, confident managing multiple priorities, and comfortable communicating with a wide range of people.

Most importantly, you’ll understand that great administration isn’t just about processes and systems.

It’s about helping us create safer homes and positive outcomes for our customers.

In return, you’ll join a supportive team where your contribution is valued, your development is encouraged, and your work has a direct impact on the safety and wellbeing of the communities we serve.

We’d love to hear from you if you

  • Have experience working within compliance, fire safety, property services or a related environment.
  • Enjoy working in a busy, collaborative team.
  • Are confident coordinating activities and managing information accurately.
  • Love solving problems and finding practical solutions.
  • Take pride in helping deliver safe and compliant services.
  • Have strong organisational skills and a great eye for detail.

At Abri, every role plays an important part in helping our customers live safely and well.

If you’d like to use your skills to support safer homes, stronger communities and a positive customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
