We’re looking for aGardenerto support the day-to-day delivery of grounds maintenance, estate management, and improvement works across Leeds Federated.

What you’ll do:

  • Carry out grounds and estate maintenance across communal areas, following set schedules and instructions
  • Complete grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, planting, fencing, and litter picking
  • Use tools, equipment, and machinery safely and report any issues or defects
  • Always follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
  • Engage positively with tenants and represent Leeds Federated in a professional manner
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained

What we’re looking for:

  • Some experience in gardening, grounds maintenance or a practical outdoor role
  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage your daily workload
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering good customer service
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
