We are seeking an outstanding individual to lead our property investment and sustainability function. This pivotal role involves managing a high-performing team responsible for delivering investment programmes and sustainability initiatives across our property portfolio. A key focus will be ensuring the effective collection and use of asset data to enable informed decision-making and drive innovative approaches to property management. Strong leadership will be essential in engaging residents, improving the efficiency of homes, and delivering complex investment and regeneration projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The position involves inspiring and motivating the team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Oversight of asset intelligence and its collection, storage, and reporting will be critical to maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy. The role also encompasses developing and implementing strategies for property investment and sustainability, including achieving Net Zero carbon targets. Managing procurement and contractor relationships to ensure robust performance and value for money will be a core responsibility, alongside acting as a subject matter expert in asset management, building safety, and energy efficiency. Resident and stakeholder engagement will remain vital, ensuring investment priorities reflect their needs.
