The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 € per year.
We are responsible for carrying out a 5 year cyclical testing programme for all Abri properties, including communal areas. We also carry out a repairs service for customers to keep homes up to a decent standard. The electrical team are also involved with the testing of our empty homes, planned works (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Heating upgrades) and communal lighting upgrades.

Are you pro‑active, highly motivated, professional and friendly? Our team is expanding, and we have several exciting opportunities for Electricians to join us, with work predominantly based in the West London area. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do – we want to be the best, always going above and beyond for them by completing work for them quickly and to the highest standard. As such, excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a ‘can do’ attitude are all essential as you’ll be our ambassador when visiting our customers’ homes to carry out repairs and installations to the highest of standards all while being the friendly face of Abri.
It’s essential that you hold the most up to date 18th Edition qualification, and an understanding on how social housing works is an advantage but not essential. You’ll be confident using NICEIC certification or a similar software system and hold a full UK driving licence, so you’re ready to get out and about supporting our customers.
We’ll provide you with your uniform, a van fitted with a van vault, racking and inverter, a fuel card, company tablet & mobile as well as the PPE you need to let you crack on with what you do best. You’ll have your own hand and power tools ready to go, helping you take pride in delivering a high quality service every time.
