About the roleAs part of our Responsive Repairs team, you’ll be working across Salisbury, Amesbury, Basingstoke, Eastleigh, Southampton, Romsey, Andover and surrounding areas, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance to our customers’ homes.
- From carpentry and plumbing to general maintenance and external repairs, you’ll use your multi-skilled expertise to diagnose, repair and improve homes – always aiming to get things right first time.
- You’ll be the friendly face of Abri, keeping customers informed, reassured and confident in the service they receive.
- You’ll carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance across our homes, from carpentry and plumbing to general multi-trade work.
- Working both inside and out, including homes, communal areas, fencing and groundworks.
- Planning your day effectively and seeing each job through to a great standard, with customer satisfaction at the heart of what you do.
- Keeping in touch with customers and colleagues so everyone feels informed and supported.
