About the role
We are looking for an Asset Manager to join their Asset Management Team.
Working as part of the Asset Management Team, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of works under the Council’s Housing Improvement/Capital works/Net Zero Carbon programmes.
The Asset Manager will also lead, manage and develop Assistant Asset Managers and/or Apprentices & Trainees.
