You will plan and coordinate the working day of trade operatives so repairs are carried out efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.

You’ll optimise diaries to maximum capacity with minimal travel, work with stakeholders daily, uphold health and safety, and always look for improvements to service delivery and customer experience.
