Our Healthy Homes (Disrepair)team has an exciting opportunity for you to join as an Advanced Multi-skilled Operative operating in our South region, based out of our Eastleigh office.

You’ll be responsible for the delivery ofmaintenance repairs/installations, as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set.Ideally you will be proficient in plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, painting and some external trades i.e. roofing and brickwork.

Working as a great team player, you’ll be carrying out work and installations to Abri’s properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.

Your day-to-day tasks will includecarrying out carpentry repairs and installations to our properties, in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our customers. In this role, you’ll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your ‘can do’ attitude to provide a high-quality, ‘right first time’ service to our customers all while being the friendly face of Abri.

As Abri’s Healthy Homes team, we pride ourselves in making sure our customers’ have the right to a safe and warm home. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to sub-standard properties.

Our Healthy Homes team, play a vital role in this and lead on all things related to damp, mould and disrepair.

We’ll provide you with your uniform, a van fitted with a van vault, racking and inverter, a fuel card, company tablet & mobile as well as the PPEyou need to let you crack on with what you do best. You’ll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools.
