About Walkers Wood: Walkers Wood has 76 Apartments where we support 12 Apartments in a secure location of the building for individuals with a diagnosis of Dementia and also support 17 individuals with a variety of needs. We support with personal care, Medication support, Meal preparation, Domestic support, Social and also shopping.

In this role as a Nights Housing and Care Assistant, along with supporting the residents, you will ensure their safety and security by conducting nightly rounds around the building and preparing for tasks for the following day.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate that they uphold our values, to ensure that the services to our customers are excellent. As a Night Housing and Assistant, you will bring the below values and behaviours:
