Hours/Contract: 24 hours per week / Permanent
Walkers Wood has 76 apartments where we support 12 apartments in a secure location of the building for individuals with a diagnosis of Dementia and also support 17 individuals with a variety of needs. We support with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, domestic support, social interaction, and shopping.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents.
- Support medication administration.
- Prepare meals and assist with eating.
- Provide domestic support and maintain a clean environment.
- Engage residents in social activities.
- Assist with shopping and other errands.
- Placing individuals at the heart of the care, ensuring services are delivered with empathy, dignity, respect, inclusivity and integrity at all times.
