About Holdcroft Road: At Holdcroft Road we provide a diverse range of care to individuals with learning and physical disabilities along with safety, security and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their individual needs. Our vibrant communities thrive on connection and joy, offering activities tailored to what our residents love most. Together, we create a warm, engaging environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Here at Holdcroft, which is rated ‘Good’ by CQC, we offer a wide variety of community access, such as visits to cafes and lunches out, day trips, bingo, coffee mornings, pamper sessions, and musical sessions. We support up to 6 individuals, both males and females, with everyday support including personal care, meal time support, medicine administration, managing finances and help with budgeting. We also support with PEG care and specified SALT recommended diets. We support with supermarket shopping and special visits, such as trips to Blackpool, the zoo and theatre trips.
