A temporary full‑time opportunity supporting a local Housing Association. The role focuses on providing person‑centred support to residents and tenants, creating and following support plans, and coordinating with internal and external services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement person‑centred support plans for residents and tenants.
- Meet with residents to discuss support needs and help them meet their objectives.
- Complete Support and Safety Plans and related documentation.
- Signpost customers to appropriate services.
- Liaise with internal teams and external bodies.
- Provide assistance for housing and benefit‑related queries.
- Support individuals experiencing homelessness and vulnerability within an established adult service.
Qualifications
- Experience in the social housing sector.
- Knowledge of support planning, welfare benefits and Universal Credit.
- Enhanced Adult DBS (or be able to obtain one).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Contract & Compensation
Temporary contract for approximately 3 months, with potential extension for the right candidate. Competitive hourly rate of £16.00‑£18.00.
