A temporary full‑time opportunity supporting a local Housing Association. The role focuses on providing person‑centred support to residents and tenants, creating and following support plans, and coordinating with internal and external services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement person‑centred support plans for residents and tenants.
  • Meet with residents to discuss support needs and help them meet their objectives.
  • Complete Support and Safety Plans and related documentation.
  • Signpost customers to appropriate services.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external bodies.
  • Provide assistance for housing and benefit‑related queries.
  • Support individuals experiencing homelessness and vulnerability within an established adult service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the social housing sector.
  • Knowledge of support planning, welfare benefits and Universal Credit.
  • Enhanced Adult DBS (or be able to obtain one).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

Contract & Compensation

Temporary contract for approximately 3 months, with potential extension for the right candidate. Competitive hourly rate of £16.00‑£18.00.
