We currently have a great opportunity for a Voids Assistant to join our in‑house maintenance company, Property Plus, on a permanent basis. We are looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
Qualifications
- Current full UK Driving Licence
- Experience of simple building work (basic DIY knowledge)
- Basic understanding of Health and Safety issues
- Ability to prioritise and be organised
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
