About Walkers Wood: Walkers Wood has 76 apartments. We support 12 apartments with individuals diagnosed with dementia and provide support for 17 others with a variety of needs. Services include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, domestic support, social activities and shopping.
Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living activities and provide personal care.
- Conduct nightly rounds around the building to ensure safety and security.
- Prepare for tasks and support needed for the following day.
- Adhere to the organisation’s values of caring, compassion, communication, courage and commitment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high‑quality care.
