Hours: 35 hours per week (to work across five days per week)

Salary: £25,842.59 per annum plus Essential Car User Allowance
We currently have a great opportunity for a Retirement Living Officer to join our Care Plus team on a permanent basis. We’re looking for a caring, dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role: As a Retirement Living Officer, you will provide an effective Enhanced Housing Management service to all residents living in a retirement housing environment. You will provide onsite management and supervision to maintenance, health and safety and cleanliness within the retirement housing schemes and will be the main point of contact providing a visible and excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Experience of taking a hands on approach to solving problems
- Good organisational skills
- Competent in using IT packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel etc
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent verbal, written and face to face communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle as travel across the county will be required
Due to the nature of this post, the role is subject to an Enhanced with Adult Barred DBS disclosure.
