About West Street: West Street provides a diverse range of care to individuals with learning and physical disabilities. We support up to 4 female individuals with personal care, meal time support, medicine administration, managing finances and budgeting. Our community offers activities such as visits to cafes, day trips, bingo, coffee mornings, pamper sessions, and musical sessions.
Role Overview: As a Bank Support Worker, you will promote and enable inclusivity, individuality and independence for our tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day personal care and support to female residents.
- Assist with meal preparation and meal time support.
- Administer medicine as prescribed.
- Help residents manage finances and budgeting.
- Engage residents in community and recreational activities.
- Document care activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with caregivers and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
