- Week 1 (21 hrs): Monday, Tuesday, Sunday – 07:00 am to 14:30 pm
- Week 2 (21 hrs): Thursday, Friday, Sunday – 07:00 am to 14:30 pm
- Week 1 (30 hrs): Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 22:00 – 08:00
- Week 2 (30 hrs): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 22:00 – 08:00
About the Role:
You will provide on-site support within our Retirement Living Plus properties, working with multiple customers in a stable environment. You will build meaningful relationships and deliver caring support tailored to each individual's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical daily care and personal support to customers.
- Assist with medication management, mobility, and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate care records and report incidents.
- Support customers in social and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve services.
