The role involves being a Business Administrator Apprentice within the People Services Team, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused and right-first-time people service across the Organisation. Your primary focus will be supporting the People Development and Culture function—ensuring learning is effectively coordinated, accurately recorded and audit-ready, while promoting a culture of continuous development across the Group.
Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to provide support with wider People Services administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, including HR systems updates, onboarding activity and first-line query handling. Acting as a first point of contact, you will deliver a responsive, professional and solution-focused service to colleagues and managers. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, you will help embed a culture of continuous learning and role-model our HPG behaviours.
