West Street is a care provider that offers a diverse range of care to individuals with learning and physical disabilities, providing safety, security and reassurance through community engagement activities. We support up to four female individuals with everyday support including personal care, meal‑time support, medication administration, managing finances and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Support up to four female residents with daily personal care activities, including assistance with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication administration, and financial management.
