Are you an experienced Talent and Resourcing Specialist, looking to join at an exciting time of growth and be part of an organisation that makes a difference? This role will suit an individual who will be looking to shift from an agency role to an internal recruitment role, or an individual with previous in-house recruitment experience. What you'll be doing:
- Working with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs
- Supporting on recruitment needs of the business including placing adverts, screening applications, arranging interviews/assessment centres, and creating job descriptions
- Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Company Ambassador at job fairs/recruitment events
- Working with external providers to identify recruitment solutions
- Proactive sourcing of candidates and creation of talent pipeline
- Experienced in recruitment and talent management
- Ability to problem solve
- Handling volume recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced with a wide range of sourcing tools, such as Indeed, CV-Library, and LinkedIn
- Salary: £30,000 Per Annum
