About the Role: We are the Housing Network (THN), a purpose‑led organisation working in partnership with the YMCA to support our communities. We are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for experienced and passionate people to help us support vulnerable individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Qualifications: Highly experienced working with individuals facing homelessness and/or people struggling with mental‑health, substance misuse, a history of offending and other complex needs.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the Supported Housing Manager to lead a team delivering supported housing services for people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage.
- Provide hands‑on leadership, supervising staff while managing a small complex caseload.
- Deliver and embed trauma‑informed, strengths‑based support to achieve positive resident outcomes.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and support planning, working with multi‑agency partners.
- Ensure effective tenancy, rent, and housing management, supporting residents toward independence.
- Drive high performance, compliance, and continuous service improvement within a growing service.
Salary: £32,000
