We are seeking an experienced Renderer (Solid Plasterer) to join our growing team on a full-time basis.****Location: Newport, VIC 3015****Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)****Salary: $86,500 per annum plus superannuation****About the Role****The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out a range of solid plastering and rendering works on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and compliance with Australian building standards.****Key Responsibilities**1. **Prepare wall and ceiling surfaces by cleaning, levelling and applying bonding agents.**2. **Mix and apply cement, acrylic, lime and textured rendering materials.**3. **Apply internal and external solid plaster and decorative finishes.**4. **Install and finish corner beads, expansion joints and reinforcement mesh.**5. **Repair damaged rendered and plastered surfaces.**6. **Produce smooth, textured or decorative finishes to required specifications.**7. **Read and interpret plans and job specifications.**8. **Ensure all work complies with workplace health and safety requirements.**9. **Maintain tools, equipment and a clean worksite.****Essential Requirements**1. **Minimum three (3) years' relevant full-time work experience as a Renderer (Solid Plasterer).**2. **Strong knowledge of rendering materials, application techniques and finishing methods.**3. **Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.**4. **Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.**5. **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**6. **Valid driver's licence preferred.****If you believe you have the skills and experience required for this position, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience.****Applications should be emailed to: \\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\***## Skills0 of 11 matched #J-18808-Ljbffr
