This is an exciting opportunity for a Home Ownership Officer working within the Home Ownership Team.

You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the effective management of shared ownership and leasehold properties.

Flexibility is essential, as the role is varied and dynamic.

We are seeking a passionate individual who can deliver excellent customer service to a diverse range of customers.

What will my working week look like?

You will need to have access to your own vehicle and will have freedom to manage your own diary around customer/scheme visits, which predominantly is the Lancashire/Yorkshire area.

You will need to be based within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed.

What will I be responsible for doing?

First and foremost, you will support the effective delivery and management of services for the Group's shared ownership and leasehold customers.

One of the great things about this role is that it offers significant variety, with each day bringing new challenges and opportunities to learn in the role.

You will also be responsible for monitoring expenditure against service charge income to minimise the risk of overspend.
