In this role as a Multi‑skilled Joiner, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer focused service in the Manchester region. We are looking for self‑motivated problem solvers who take pride in everything they do, with excellent customer service and communication skills. What will my working week look like? You will be working a 40‑hour week Monday‑Friday arriving at your first job at 8.00 am and heading home at 4.30 pm, working across the Manchester region. You will also need to be able to attend our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington for meetings and training courses when needed.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out routine day‑to‑day joinery and plumbing repairs to a high standard in our customers’ homes in the Manchester area.
- Ensuring that the customer receives an excellent repair service.
- Completing repairs to a high standard with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised qualification(s).
- Experience or further qualification in additional skilled trades would be hugely beneficial.
- Health and safety knowledge in a repairs environment.
- Full UK driving licence (ideally no more than 6 points).
- A team player.
- Friendly and a keen problem solver.
- A good communicator, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about right‑first‑time and delivering a quality service.
