About the Role
We are looking for a Governance Manager to lead YHG's governance team, providing high‑quality support to the Group Company Secretary and ensuring the efficient delivery of governance and company secretarial services across the Group.
Working Week
Based from home within the North West, you will travel to Warrington head office 1‑2 times a week for meetings and training. You will work independently using a flexible, home‑working culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the governance team to deliver company secretarial services.
- Oversee board and committee activities, ensuring smooth running and adherence to governance standards.
- Collaborate with other business units to support organisational success.
- Provide guidance and support on regulatory, compliance and company secretarial matters.
Qualifications
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Governance or equivalent.
