Watmos Community Homes is seeking an Executive Director of Asset Management and Regeneration to shape and deliver our long-term asset management, building safety, compliance, sustainability and regeneration strategies. You will report to the Chief Executive and steer major investment programmes, ensuring homes remain safe and future-ready.
The role requires strategic leadership across a diverse property portfolio, strong partnership work with residents, regulators and boards.
