A key focus will be ensuring the effective collection and use of asset data to enable informed decision-making and drive innovative approaches to property management.

Strong leadership will be essential in engaging residents, improving the efficiency of homes, and delivering complex investment and regeneration projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The role requires travel between different sites, making a driving licence and access to a vehicle or effective use of public transport essential.

We are genuinely proud of our diversity, our people, our values, our homes and our achievements and you will support our ongoing evolution.
