Karbon Homes is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Supported Housing Delivery Team in Gosforth.
You will support clients in their own homes and out in the community to promote independence, maintain records, and complete support plans and risk assessments.
You will manage your caseload and diary, and travel across North Tyneside as needed.
The role is permanent, 37 hours per week with agile working. Salary is £26,856 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,405 per annum.
