What you’ll be doing
- Support tenants in living independently and achieving fulfilling lives.
- Empower tenants by recognising their individuality and supporting their choices.
- Provide bespoke care, medication assistance, household tasks, and tenancy‑related duties.
- Maintain accurate documentation that meets CQC expectations and internal policies.
- Offer understanding, creativity, and support to help tenants achieve positive outcomes and independence.
- Build inclusive, constructive relationships with tenants, families, professionals, and colleagues.
