Westward is seeking a proactive Strategic Asset Manager to lead the long-term asset strategy for our housing portfolio. You will shape investment priorities and deliver data-driven asset plans, drawing on performance data, financial modelling and sustainability insights to drive decisions.
You will collaborate across Property Services, Compliance and Development to translate strategy into investment programmes, supporting our retrofit and decarbonisation aims while ensuring safety and compliance.
