We have formed and grown considerably since inception back in 2016, with a pipeline of maintenance contracts, capital works projects, refurbishment, and new build contracts.
Three Sixty Ltd.'s vision is to continue to maintain Stockport Homes Group's 11,500 homes and to design, build, refurbish and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes for people.
We’re currently recruiting a Repairs Manager to join our long-established maintenance team to be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of trade team within the Responsive Repairs & Maintenance service, to ensure all works are carried out safely in line with all regulatory requirements.
As a Repairs Manager you will be responsible for managing a trade operative team technically and operationally, overseeing contractor performance, and ensuring high-quality services are delivered to residents across the Stockport Borough.
The role will ensure all works are delivered to a high standard in accordance with company and group objectives, reporting on a regular basis to provide assurance to the senior management team.
Key responsibilities will include
- Overseeing a responsive repairs team of trade operatives, ensuring works are completed efficiently, within agreed timescales, and to a high standard.
- Managing contractor performance within your workstream and ensuring works meet quality, compliance, and health and safety standards.
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager to assist with monitoring budgets, financial performance, and service delivery of your respective workstream.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, residents, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant housing legislation, building regulations, health and safety requirements, and organisational policies.
- Producing reports for senior management, analysing performance data to identify trends in your team's performance and solutions to identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.
- Driving excellent customer service and resident satisfaction through strong management of your repairs team.
With experience in a similar role, you’ll have experience of successfully managing a large operational team in repairs and maintenance.
Ideally, you will hold a current SMSTS qualification and have good IT skills and abilities, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Please note a valid UK driving Licence and access to a car is essential to the role.
