We’re now looking for a confident, experienced, strategic Director of Finance and Resources to inspire, shape and lead all finance and resources functions across our dynamic Group; Stockport Homes, Viaduct, Skylight and Three Sixty. Competitive Salary Package and Excellent Pension Scheme available.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic financial management and business planning for all group companies across a Group with turnover in excess of £140m
- Regulatory and statutory compliance in a complex, diverse Group
- Dynamic and efficient Resources teams that enable the delivery of the aims of the group
As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll work directly with the Chief Executive and Board, influencing key decisions and driving transformation. You’ll lead team members with vision and purpose, ensuring high performance, social impact and commercial success go hand-in-hand.
