Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week). Are you a natural people‑person and brilliant at building rapport? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two calls are the same? If so, Stockport Homes wants you on our award‑winning Customer Service team! As the first point of contact for customers connecting with Stockport Homes by phone or through digital channels, you will have experience of delivering friendly, accurate, and solution‑focused advice across all our services, from repairs and rehousing to neighbourhood queries and everything in between. You’ll also provide occasional cover in our award‑winning reception team, helping ensure a seamless and welcoming in person customer experience across the organisation. Every interaction is a chance to exceed expectations, build trust, and make a positive difference in our community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, helpful information on housing, tenancy, repairs, and related services.
  • Manage a busy and varied workload with professionalism and warmth.
