About The Role
This role leads the delivery of Karbon’s Money Matters service, with responsibility for day‑to‑day operations, team performance, service quality and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee caseloads, monitor outcomes, use data and insight to shape service delivery, and ensure the team meets regulatory, safeguarding and organisational standards. Working as part of the wider Customer and Community Engagement leadership team, you will build effective internal and external partnerships, contribute to strategic planning, and help ensure the service delivers meaningful outcomes for customers and communities.

You’ll be a confident and values‑led leader with experience of managing people, delivering high‑quality services, and driving performance in a busy environment. You bring strong judgement, a practical approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to use insight and data to inform decisions and improve outcomes. Salary & Benefits
Salary: £43,315 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,405 per annum. Benefits include:
