About the Role
As Community Investment Team Manager you will lead and support the team to deliver high‑quality, outcome‑focused services. Your work will focus on driving continuous improvement, fostering a positive and lasting impact for customers and communities, and ensuring that all initiatives align with the organisation’s mission of providing Strong Foundations for Life.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Community Investment Team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and implement community investment programmes, building strong relationships with partners, stakeholders and community members.
- Monitor and report on programme outcomes, ensuring measurable social impact and alignment with organisational strategy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, providing coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external collaborators, ensuring effective partnership and communication.
