We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Services operative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering a high standard of services to our residents.

About the role

Our Cleaning Services Operatives provide customers living in low‑rise properties and sheltered schemes with a first‑class cleaning service within the internal communal areas. They work from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, and are responsible for the upkeep of defined blocks and schemes in relation to cleaning services.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning multiple sheltered schemes once a day
  • Cleaning multiple low‑rise blocks once a week
  • Perform duties including mopping, hoovering, sweeping, wiping down sills, cleaning windows, handrails, dusting, cleaning bin rooms, etc.
  • Using an app on your mobile to record daily tasks and health & safety checks

  • Knowledge and experience of cleaning and caretaking techniques
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • A track record of maintaining high standards
  • Ambitious, driven, and with a proven record of experience suitable for our cleaning services team
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
