POSITION Regulatory Lead
LOCATION Head Office at Rawtenstall, Lancashire + Home Working (hybrid)
- 35 hours per week
- Salary: £40,000 to £47,000 per annum, depending on knowledge, experience and ability to operate independently, plus 6% employer pension contribution
- 25 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays and your birthday) increasing with length of service. Buy and sell leave policy and enhanced parental leave and pay.
- Responsible to the Head of Operations / Deputy CEO
- The role includes flexible and agile working. However, to support learning alongside colleagues, the postholder will be expected to be office-based at least two days per week for the first three months. Greater flexibility can then be discussed. Care is a Registered Provider of social housing, providing specialised supported housing to over 500 individuals with support needs. We are a team of 20 based in Rossendale, Lancashire, with properties dispersed across the north of England. To support our strong reputation in this space and our ambitious growth plans, we are recruiting a Regulatory Lead to join the team and help ensure compliance with existing and incoming regulation. The Regulatory Lead is a specialist post with responsibility for monitoring, interpreting and coordinating compliance with a wide range of statutory, regulatory and governance requirements. Although the post has no direct line management responsibilities, it carries significant organisational risk and requires the postholder to work across operations, assets, development, governance, Board processes and regulatory assurance. If you have experience of monitoring and evidencing compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing’s Standards and wider housing legislation, and would like to be part of a growing non-profit organisation helping to provide high-quality housing to those requiring support, then we would love to hear from you. Experience working for a Registered Provider of social housing would be of benefit.
