Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the planning and delivery of planned works.
- Manage contractors and consultants to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards.
- Oversee budgets, monitor performance, and proactively manage risks.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, health and safety requirements, and organisational policies.
- Support continuous improvement in service delivery and help drive a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of legislation and health and safety.
- Proven experience of managing contracts and programmes.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
