You will lead Asset Planning, Asset Surveying and Sustainability teams, ensuring robust short, medium and long-term investment plans that deliver value for money and meet regulatory requirements.
You will report to the Director of Assets & Sustainability and drive data-driven investment priorities, EPC targets and Net Zero ambitions
