The Role We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Membership Services Co-ordinator to develop, manage and enhance relationships with our current and prospective members. Acting as the first point of contact, you will ensure members receive exceptional service, helping them maximise the benefits of their membership. You will play a key role in membership retention and growth, working closely with the wider HDN team to implement engagement strategies, coordinate events, and promote HDN’s services.
