The role-WhatI willbe doing?
- A root and branch review of service charges with theintended outcome to reduce the annual deficit Salix currently faces
- Develop relationshipswith multiple stakeholdersinside and outside of theorganisation
- Create andmaintainessential project documentation and plans
- Report progress onresources, scope, and timeline to stakeholders

- Strongservice charge experience in the Social Housing sector
