Orwell Housing Association is seeking a Team Leader for Levington Court, Lowestoft, to lead the care team and ensure high-quality, person-centred support.

You will work with the Registered Manager to coordinate day-to-day operations, assess care needs, and develop care plans.

The role is 38 hours per week, Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00, with a salary of £29,643.52 per year and a focus on recruitment support, supervision, and ongoing training via the Orwell Academy.
