Calm and resilient under pressure, you’ll approach challenges with a solutions‑focused mindset and a willingness to innovate. You’ll be someone who leads with integrity, openness and a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and who naturally works in a way that brings people together. You’ll also hold a recognised professional Health & Safety qualification, with Chartered IOSH status preferred.
