Come and make a difference at Karbon as an Electrician. We’re looking to appoint 3 suitably qualified electricians to join and enhance our successful and growing Property Services Team working in our Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes Maintenance team to work in our properties throughout North Yorkshire, particularly near areas around Leeds and York.
About the Role
We’re looking for 3 Electricians to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
About You
You should have completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of electrical works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non‑domestic premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components. You should hold relevant qualifications and also have experience of the trade. Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety. A full UK driving licence is essential.

These vacancies sit within our KPS 54North Homes Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes Team. 54North Homes is part of the Karbon Group, and this team will deliver services to their customers and properties on behalf of Karbon. Applications are welcomed from those based across Yorkshire and Teesside.
Key Details
- 3 × Electricians – Permanent roles
- Salary: £37,986 per annum
- Location: Leeds/York – this will be agreed with the successful candidate prior to their start date
- 37 Hours per week
- Working Patterns: 9am‑5pm
- Required to work throughout North Yorkshire, particularly near areas around Leeds and York
- Company van provided
- Required to participate in delivering our out of hours service (additional payments will apply)
- Opportunity to earn additional money through overtime
